MIXING
AND SULFURING OF RESINES
At Brendle we mix and sulfurize resins for the manufacture of thick film pastes for the electronics sector and for the decoration of vitreous substrates. For this we have a reactor that allows us to make batches of 10-200 kg of resins, being able to carry out the reaction under an air flow, a slight vacuum, a slight overpressure and/or being able to heat the mixture homogeneously thanks to said reactor.
In addition, we can carry out the characterization of the necessary final product according to the requirements of each client to ensure the quality and the necessary parameters for each application.
Our experience in resin sulphur encompasses several families of resins, such as:
- Rosin
- Phenolic
- Alkyd urethanes
- Rubbers
- Asphalt
Although we also use less commonly, among others, resins such as:
- Terpenes
- Maleic
- Aliphatic
Said reactor provides great flexibility for obtaining resins in intermediate sizes and ensures batch-to-batch reproducibility of the product by having complete control over the manufacturing conditions.
In addition, our R&D team, with extensive experience in resin modification, can reproduce the formulas provided by our customers, providing flexibility, quality and agility to our customers without the need to make any investment in facilities.
So we provide a value-added solution for large companies that want to be able to offer small or intermediate batches of products that they currently do not manufacture with their larger reactors. We also offer the option to small companies of being able to manufacture their products in larger sizes without the need to invest in exclusive facilities to obtain resins, saving costs and improving reproducibility when working in larger sizes.
Do not hesitate to contact us if your company has a need for mixing or reacting resins in these intermediate sizes. Our technical team will advise you to find the optimal solution for your needs.
